1What are your hours of operation?
We are open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. Closed on some holidays - you can check Google or give us a call or text to double-check on holiday hours.
2Where are you located?
We are at 3360 S McClintock Dr in Tempe, on the Southwest corner of Southern and McClintock - between Cold Stone and Cricket.
3Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are accepted when possible, but appointments are highly recommended, especially on the weekends. We often fill up through appointments, so please call, text, or book online.
4What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Please be courteous and call or text if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you no-show more than once for an appointment, we may no longer be able to accept future appointments during busy times.
5What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, UnionPay Int'l), Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App. Debit cards are accepted if they can be run as credit (typically Visa or MC).

8What are your prices?
Prices are listed on the Services page. These are for standard services. Additional services such as artistic designs, premium polishes, extra long nails, special shapes, etc., may add additional charges.
If you have any questions about add-on pricing, please ask your nail tech before getting started.
9Do you offer nail art?
Yes, some of our nail technicians can provide detailed artistic designs. We have lots of samples, or you can bring your own inspiration. Please call or text Dana when making your appointment to make sure we're prepared for you. Prices vary depending on the detail, work involved, and products.
10Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we offer kids manicures and pedicures, and regular or gel polish. See Services page for pricing.
11What are your salon's hygiene and sanitation practices?
We follow all health and safety guidelines from the Arizona Barbering and Cosmetology Board.
12What is your satisfaction/guarantee policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues or need any repairs within 7 days, we will be more than happy to fix it at no charge. However, we do not offer refunds or discounts if the issue is not brought to our attention first and we are not given the chance to resolve it.
13How can I leave a review?
If you're happy with your service, we greatly appreciate a 5-star review on Google or Yelp (if choosing between the two, please go with Google).
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us and give us the opportunity to make it right. We want every experience to be excellent, and will do our best to fix any problems.
